Building Australia's next generation of broadcast professionals through personalised training and industry expertise.
Zen-falcon began in 2012 when three broadcast professionals recognised a gap in how aspiring presenters were being trained. Traditional programmes focused heavily on technical delivery while overlooking the authentic connection that separates good presenters from memorable ones.
What started as informal coaching sessions in a borrowed studio space has grown into a structured training organisation that has worked with over 1,200 aspiring and established presenters across Australia.
We believe every presenter has a unique voice worth developing. Our role is not to create carbon copies of successful broadcasters, but to help each individual discover and refine their authentic style. This approach produces presenters who can sustain careers because they are not performing a version of someone else.
Technical excellence matters, certainly. Vocal clarity, camera awareness, script interpretation—these skills form the foundation. But they serve a larger purpose: enabling genuine connection with audiences. When technique becomes invisible, presence becomes possible.

Our coaching team maintains active roles in Australian broadcast media. This is deliberate. We want our training to reflect current industry expectations, not outdated approaches.
When production techniques evolve, our programmes adapt. When hiring practices shift, we update our career guidance. Graduates enter the industry prepared for what they will actually encounter, not a version from ten years ago.
View Our ProgrammesTraining happens in professional broadcast environments because context matters. Our Sydney headquarters includes two fully equipped studios—one configured for radio and podcast production, another for television and video work.
Participants work with the same equipment they will encounter in commercial settings. This removes the adjustment period many graduates experience when moving from classroom training to actual broadcast environments.
